  • Doing Business Development for Outbound Patent / IP Support Services
  • Revenue Generation: Handling Activities such as Cold-Calling and 2nd level calls
  • Account & Team Management: Account management and looking after the flow of projects from existing clients. Managing Team
  • In Person Meetings & Conferences: Introducing the clients to the company portfolio. Sharing Business requirements and fixing In person meetings with the clients
  • Marketing material preparation: Preparation and customization of PPTs. Regular updates on sample reports and corporate presentation
  • Availability: Attendance and Leaves
  • Sales review meeting: Tracking / review of monthly sales
  • Resource management: Hiring new resources
  • Invoicing: Overdue payment follow ups
